Question fry food questions

well I was at petsmart last week and I saw a fry food called "First Bites" and the back said ideal for any fry so what do you think about it

I don't think you can feed it to newborn fry. They need live foods.

They do have brine shrimp and daphnia there too, so how do you set up a hachery

first bites is a powder food with the same consistency as boiled egg yolk. i have tried it with no success. it may be because i introduced it to the fry too late. they have been spoiled with live bbs. im sure its possible to use that as their first food if you introduce it early enough. there have been success stories of 100% non-live food.
