Six bettas!

Well, as I posted yesterday, I had gone to Petsmart and 'saved' a girl who was being kept with a male betta in the same tank.

Well, at night, I couldn't stop thinking about her. I felt bad for her, and I didn't want the same thing to happen again. Plus her fins needed to be treated...

So I went and got her today! 5 females in my sorority.
She pretty much looks like a bigger version of Bambi! Even though she had big stripes in the store, she was violet.

So here's hoping the new girl turns out well!

Thank you! Right now she's still stressed adjusting to her new home.

It's weird though, who put them in together. The employee I talked to yesterday to move her knew they shouldn't be housed together and thanked me for telling her. And today the cashier asked me if I had any experience with bettas, I told her about my betta situation. And she knew they couldn't be kept together as well. So they all seemed pretty knolwedgable about it.
