do u have salt in his tank? i would add aquarium salt for him at a ratio of 1 teaspoon per gallon, it should help with the clamped fins, salt gives electrolytes they need as well as minerals and aids in healing

there is salt, it seems to be helping a little.

keep his water crystal clean, and keeping adding the salt back when u change the water. only add salt for the amount of water you take out.
