Unhappy Chronic Fin rot?/Curled fins

Sooo.. I have been on and off treating Ragnarok with AQ Salt and water changes... Although I will admit for the past two weeks I haven't been able to do either. It looks like the fins are coming back, but its curled. I know that can be due to water quality so I am now doing 50% changes with AQ Salt for the week. Is there any thing I can do? Is it possible to reverse the damage done? I've been wondering if he is biting at his fins too.

I'm happy to say that you can barely see his cut on his head now. That at least seems to have healed up since I got him. :3

his fin looks like it has alot of regrowth! I'm using E.M. Erythromycin for my bettas fin rot and it works wonders!

Surprisingly yes, there's a lot of regrowth! The funny part is a lot of the edging is turning a powdery blue.. But there's still some black spots that I'm worried about especially on his pectoral fins. It always looks like he has to work them really hard... but they don't really look tattered so I'm confused. He eats like a pig and demands more all the time.
