Mating Female with no ventral fins...

I have a female I would like to breed with that has no ventral fins, I was wondering if the fries would come out not having ventral fins like its mother. Have any of you encounter this situation before? Please do let me know. Thanks!

Missing ventrals is due to malnutrition (over feeding of microworms is the main cause) but is not genetic. The female should be just fine for breeding.
