Switching tanks

I have a cycled 10 gallon with 6 guppies in it. There were 8, but about 3 weeks ago they got ich and 2 died. I treated all of them in the tank by raising the temp above 88 degrees. Within the first week of "treatment" the ich went away, but I left the temp up for another week.

I also have a cycled 5 gallon with a betta in it, and an uncycled 3.5 gallon with a betta in it. Could I move the guppies to the 5 gallon, and the 2 bettas to the 10 gallon. I've had it divided before, but I wasn't sure about how long the tank needed to be ich-free.

6 guppies can't be in a 5g it would be to overstocked. 6 is kinda overstocked for a 10g to begin with.

If you want to rehome the guppies then you could move the bettas into 10g but the guppies CAN NOT be in either of the other tanks because they are not big enought even if you split up the guppies.
