Question Cycling Tank questions?

So i been cycling my tank for 4 weeks now and i haven't tested the tank maybe 4 or 5 days and just today i realized my ammonia went to 0ppm my nitrite went to 5.0 ppm and my nitrate went to 160 ppm. So now do i keep dosing my ammonia? or like what now?

if your nitrate is at 160ppm with 5+ nitrite, you probably used too much ammonia.

if you have this much nitrate, your tank is cycled.

do a big change and bring your nitrate down to like 10ppm, then add ammonia to make it a 0.5ppm testing, check after 48 hrs to see if it reached 0, nitrite is 0 and nitrate has slightly increased.

if you add ammonia and after 1-2 days, it makes it to nitrate, your tank is cycled.
