I would try Jungle Fungus Clear or Jungle Fungus Eliminator.

My petco doesn't carry that stuff so I got Betta Revive. It had good reviews. Pricey for the tiny bottle though.

My mom is pretty sure that the company makes a product similar just for saltwater fish.
