Exclamation new fish and old fish dying left and right :(

I have a betta sorority and my mother has added some different fish to the tank. Mostly mollys. Within an hour the dalmation molly died.
2 days later one of hers died, I think it may have been a female molly. Today, my only VT female died. Now on my vt i noticed severe fin damage!!! I have a ct thats hiding in the fake grass on the bottom. Haven't seen what condition shes in yet. I have 3 ct females clamped and not flaring as they usually do. I dont know what to do.... They are all in a 30g tank. I have 2 other tanks and their both 10 gallons. One of them holds 2 male bettas with a divider. The other 10g has a single vt older male in there by himself. I donated one of my quarantine bowls to a sick child. so I'm only left with a 1g quarantine tank and a .5g betta tank with divider. Any ideas? Any help, helps my babies. I'm not home right now so I dont know if any more or dead or not. I can update their status later tonight or in the morning. please give me some advice. thanks
water parameters are normal except PH is high. saying alkalinity. My betta fish have been dealing with the high ph bc i dont know what to do about it. but the new ones may not be.
using api water conditioner and prime.
feeding tropical flakes to the newbies and betta pellets to the girls

pH shouldn't hurt fish as long as its stable. it might be internal bacterial infection since its spreading.... have you tried medicating them at all?

Have you quarantined all of these fish before putting them in?

Molly's need brackish water, so I wouldn't pair them up at all. The severe fin damage- is that just shredded or can you see open wounds? How many girls are in the sorority, and how many mollies?

Answer as many of these questions as you can, it will help all of us to help you.

Housing
What size is your tank?
What temperature is your tank?
Does your tank have a filter?
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration?
Is your tank heated?
What tank mates does your betta fish live with?

Food
What type of food do you feed your betta fish?
How often do you feed your betta fish?

Maintenance
How often do you perform a water change?
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change?
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change?

Water Parameters:
Have you tested your water? If so, what are the following parameters?

Ammonia:
Nitrite:
Nitrate:
pH:
Hardness:
Alkalinity:

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed?
How has your betta fish's behavior changed?
When did you start noticing the symptoms?
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how?
Does your fish have any history of being ill?
How old is your fish (approximately)?
