Growing boy

I currently have a new boy that is apparently young and possibly still growing. How much and often is a reasonable amount to feed him so he continues growing and filling out his fins? I am feeding him "xtreme aquatics foods" "betta peewees" 2 in the morning and 2 at night. Its basically what the store fed him (its a reaaaaally good pet store btw, they breed a lot of their own fish and their breeder has awards for his betta fish!)

I also have frozen bloodworms that I could be feeding him, but I'm not sure if he's ever had them before.
