can i trim the roots of my anubias?

I would assume I could, I'm not planning on trimming too much off but the roots on my anubias nana, but just the rather long ones. The plant is about 2 years old and I've got it tied to a piece of drift wood by its own roots lol. It was originally on a lava rock but I took it off and wrapped it on the wood. Anyway, it's roots are going all over the place and Ide like to keep it to just this wood.

Yep. You can trim the roots and it won't harm the plant.
