Poor fishy got spilled

hi all!! i haven't been in here in awhile. well tonight eddy (formerly known as neddy) got a lot of water spilled out of his tank, it was an accident, but i noticed he has some scrapes on his head. is there anything i need to do to help them heal?? thanks!
