Question Stringy white poop???

Hi,

My betta fish has been doing well for the last couple of months and last week I recently moved and since then he had been acting weird. first he got constipated A LOT and I had to cut down the amount of food I was feeding him so he could pass it easily. then a few days ago he started darting and rubbing against tank decor as well as being lethargic from time to time. he still eats and moves around but today I just noticed his poop is coming out clear white with parts brown and stringy so I assume he has an internal parasite. I don't know exactly how he could of gotten it though I did find my hair in his tank today right before this? maybe it had something on it that got on him? but should I use epsom salt to take care of this infection?

thanks!

UPDATE: He passed the white stringy poop. I put 1 TSP of epsom salt in the hospital tank I have floating in the 10 gal so the heater can keep the water warm. My fish is in a small cup that Im using to assimilate him to the salty water before I put him the in the hospital tank that has the salt in it. the thermometer is also in the hospital tank.

1) is there anything else I should do for the internal parasite?
2) should I still feed him? or fast him? for how long?
3) how do I know if he has passed the internal parasite?
4) since he dropped the stringy poop in the large tank I should probably do a thorough cleaning of it to make sure nothing reinfects him?
5) how often should I change the water in the hospital tank? once or twice a day?
