Turns out most Wardley pellets are just a little bit too big for Bloodgore. He likes them but had to grab them and spit them back out a bunch before he could chow down on them this morning. So tonight I tried crunching one up until it broke into two. That did the trick, he was able to eat both halves no problem.

Water levels appear good tonight. Nitrate and Nitrite levels are at 0. Ammonia is at ~0 (it's a little hard to read, might be at .1). pH levels went up a bit though from ~6.8 to 7. I'm guessing this is from the new gravel. If it goes slightly basic tomorrow I will go buy a pH down solution.

Haha! I was just looking at his tank kneeling down in front of it and I found that he made a bubble nest while we were at work today! :D
