Yup, I'd definitely offer advice on how to properly take care of the fish.
Over the summer I worked at a dentist office and they had fish tanks but they were well kept. Sometimes I had to clean the tanks, guess that's what sparked my interest.
But yes, I'd teach them what's right because people do love to watch fish when they're at the dentist. Nothing better to do. :P

Ugh, it makes me so sad to see people that do not know how to take care of fish. This tattoo shop close to my home has a hugeee Koi fish in a tiny tank, it's just sad really.
