Most people on here would recommend New Life Spectrum (NLS) or Omega One pellets. They have the best ingredients in them.

If they aren't available in your area, check on the container for the ingredients list. The first three should not be flours or meals. For example the Omega One pellets' first 3 ingredients are "Whole salmon, halibut, and shrimp". Even if two of the first three ingredients are like that, you should have a decent quality pellet :)

Omega one, new life spectrum, and attisons (you probably won't find that one in a petstore though) are the three best pellet foods.

I doubt it, but you could always check. I recommend ordering some online, they're on sale at petco.com right now for $2.99 for the Omega One Pellets (http://www.petco.com/product/116563/...t=OnSiteSearch)

I'm not finding a link for the NLS pellets right now, I'll post one if I find it

My walmart didnt have any of the good food, mostly just flakes.
If you can, go to a pet store. Petco had the Omega One and had the NLS, but they were currently out at my store. We have a small local pet store as well and they had the omega one as well.
