most used tanks in my area are going for 50 cents a gallon with out hoods and 1.00 a gallon with hoods and then most add in for any other stuff going with it like filters heaters gravel etc.... but considering you are selling with a bunch of stuff included $15 sounds about right and then shipping separate of course.. just my opinion on the topic...LOL
