My Poor boy Watson has been acting mopey with clamped fins for the past few days. Now I am pretty sure it is velvet. Will the AQ salt and darkness work, or should I be going for other medications? Im a little low on cash right now but I want my little guy to get better. What are my best options?

Salt doesn't really do much except prevent infections from cuts, fin tears, etc. and help those things heal faster.
Velvet doesn't really care about salt at all. You're going to need a medication for him in addition to the dark and warm water.

I bought the quick cure and started using it today. Does anyone know how long this will take to go away?
