I got time for it so ill get 3 or 5 gal tank today and cycle it and after ill just use the tank for a QT tank.

No need to cycle it since you'll be doing so many water changes, your tank actually won't cycle. ^_^ I mean, you can still use a filter or whatever but it just won't hold a very stable cycle is all, the amount of water changes will take out all or most of the ammonia and the BB won't have much to eat off of so they'll eventually shrink quite a bit is all. But filters are always nice anyway
