red spots spreading sick fish please help

when i got up to feed emerald he was floating at the top of his tank face up tail down and not very responsive to my finger and the red dots has spread to all his other fins and his fin is torn where the two first dots and he also look bloated in the area between his head and anal fin are and isnt really eating hes just sitting at the bottom of his tank not really swimming around much im really worried i have no idea whats wrong please help

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed?his fins are covered in red spots and hes bloated

I answered on your other thread (here).

It sounds like Septicemia.

Kanaplex (kanamycin) would be the antibiotic I recommend. Some fish stores may have it, but many don't. It's also available online, but this means waiting for it to arrive.

If you can't get Kanaplex, try one of these:
- API Furan 2 or Bifuran or Jungle Fungus Clear
- API Triple Sulfa or Mardel Maracyn Plus (must be Plus) - do not use these if you are allergic to Sulfa drugs!
- Tetracycline

Septicemia can be caused by several different pathogens. So if one antibiotic doesn't work, you may need to try another.

For this reason, I'd probably choose one of the sulfa drugs (API Triple Sulfa or Mardel Maracyn PLUS), since they are effective against a wide range of organisms.

(Do not use sulfa drugs if you are allergic to them though.)
