i would completely clean that tank, even bleaching the tank itself for a night and really rinsing it out and air drying it, then rinsing again real good before setting it back up. don't bleach the substrate or decor though ><. And while that is going on, i would treat the last seemingly healthy Betta with something for dropsy or even salt baths or Bettafix. Even if it is perfectly healthy, it wont hurt. better safe than sorry.
