Cheap (Free) Tank Backgrounds

As I was throwing away last years scenic picture calendar I looked through all of the pictures and wondered how some of the aquatic pages would look behind my 2 gallon tanks. They work perfectly...with a little trimming. Just thought I would share in case anyone else needed tank backgrounds.

Man we need to make a sticky with New2Beta's homemade plants, Angel79's diy ornaments, the backgrounds and some plastic bottle baffle instructions... we can call it BETTA D.I.Y. :D

I like NEVER set up a Christmas tree... but... I can see us maybe doing wrapping paper backgrounds next year I know the dogs and cats won't mess with that the way they would with a tree!!!

I use a hula skirt left over from a family reunion... it looks like sea grass and works great with my tiki theme!
