what else for 10gal

What other fish can I put in with a betta in a 10 gallon tank?

There's a variety of other critters you can put in with a betta in a ten gallon. Some of the most popular that I've heard of are corydoras, otocinclus, and the white cloud mountain minnows. All of these fish are varieties that like to have companions however, so you'll have to choose between one or two varieties.

I personally think that tetras and harlequin rasboras worked perfectly in my tank i have my CT betta a small shoal of Harlequins a shoal the same size of neon tetras and 3 glow light tetras. my betta could care less that they are there just means more food for him during feeding time. you could basically get any fish that peaceful and isn't flashy i recommend getting at least 3 of what ever you get just so the betta doesnt single one out. have fun =D
