RCS breeding

I'm looking into breeding my RCS.
For the most part, I've heard they just breed on their own but mine refuse. They have their own tank with plenty of moss and plants.
What can I do to induce spawning?

If you manage to get them too any chance I can buy some off of you? I lost a few shrimp and need some new ones. I don't mind waiting. =)

Do you have both genders in the tank??
Mostly - from what i heard - you need a male and a female... They seem to be great breeders!

Male and female, however I think they do slow down their breeding if it's too warm. But I might be over analyzing.
