Opinions Please

I purchased 3 little hagen C10 watt heaters for my 2 gallons. It has raised the temperature 4-6 degrees f depending on my room temp. It has never hit 78 as promised. I'm thinking of replacing them with the 15 watt model (tanks up to 4 gallons) but I'm not sure how much higher it would raise the water. This is the quickest way to heat their tanks. Opinions on staying with 10 watt (2.6 gallon) or upgrading to 15 watts

with heater stability is what counts, if it is in the 76 or above range I would just check to see if the temp falls or raises

Do yourself (and your fish) a favor. Get adjustable 25W heaters by Hydor, Eheim, Hagen or other reputable manufacturer. Where you live, heaters are too important to mess around.

Yes I agree about buying adjustable 25W heaters,I wouldn't trust the ones you can't adjust.

I fully agree I'm still trying to find ones that are good, in my price range, and fit in their tanks. Thanks for the opinions.
