Adding shrimp?

I know when you have a new tank you can't have catfish until a certain amount of time because they won't have enough food to feed off from the bottom. What about cherry shrimp or ghost shrimp? How long of a cycle till you can have shrimp? So far i am in a month an a half of a fulled cycle tank. Thank you!!!!

I added mine immediately and had no problems at all. They also eat flake food.

I usually crush up my pellets so it sinks to the bottom so they have somethign to nibble on.

Shrimp are really water sensitive. But if your parameters have been reading 0.0ppm ammonia, 0.0ppm nitrite and <20ppm nitrate for >1month, I think shrimp would like it in there. Especially with >7.2pH.
