Unhappy Cloudy Water?

Ive had a tank 4 gallon tank my baby betta for about a moth and a half now and i have seen no problems at all. 2 days ago I tested the water and everything was normal but the ph was really low. the next day the water started to get really cloudy and today its worse. i did a 95% water change it cleared up most of it but there's some still there. How do I get rid of it?

Sounds like a normal bacterial bloom, is it milky looking? If so, it will clear up on its own within a week or two. Just do your normal water changes.
