Gah! I was confused, petsmart doesn't have banana worms, they have tubifex worms!

i fed them live food 3 times a day everyday while i was conditioning. they loved it, lol =D

K which live foods? Same as the fry? I know I've read all this and I feel so dumb having to keep asking the same questions

Daphnia is great I hear.

My fry don't get live food beyond infusoria when they're young. I feed decap bse and then frozen foods at first.
They get live black worms when they're about half an inch/can eat them when I cut them up.

If you have a petstore who sells reptiles you can usually get an ounce of live black worms for $3 or less, just keep them in the fridge when not feeding. These are what I used to condition.

i condition them with frozen blood worms, you can get it at petsmart, its in a fridge. the babies get banana worms, microworms, and bbs.

Ok looking at your list I see no mention of sponge filters or heaters.

You don't need sponge filters, but you are correct about the heaters! Good catch.

I totally forgot to mention those buck! Thanks. I haven't bought any yet but I found a few sponge filters I'm going to order. I have heaters for all my tanks already so I'm ok there.
