Good heaters?

I have an Aqueon 2.5 gallon tank for my betta, and I had a Hydor Slim heater in there for him. However, I think it might've stopped working. Does anyone know of any good heaters for his tank? Also, I'm a college kid, so it can't be too-too expensive.

I like my Hydor Theo 25W. Not sure if you want to go with another Hydor though.

It seems to be working right now. His tank is back up to around 78 degrees. Guess I'll keep an eye on it and see what happens.
