MTS and ramshorns breed like guppies though, and mysteries are so large and pointless. They just gloop around, sucking stuff without seeming to achieve anything.
Obviously, I'm not a huge fan of snails in tanks. :p Even though I have hundreds.

peachii: I don't use any lighting. It's my room. The room is already well-lit for a good part of the day. I'm making do with the cheap basic tanks first. No point getting the more expensive ones until I become more adjusted to caring for fish.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm not a fan of snails but if they're just an add-on to add more life to the tank, I'll pass. I'm gonna wait and see how the planted set up works for me before I add anything new.
