Food for 2 months old bettas

hi!

My bettas are now 68 days old. I have been feeding them lotsoffish mix #2 (2x a day) and frozen blood worms (1x a day).

I want to add a pellet to their diet. What pellet would you guys suggest?

I keep hearing names like

NLS growth

NLS Small fish formula (there's also a thera + A Small Fish?)

Hikari First bites?

NLS Grow has been terrific for my fish in that age group.

You could try Golden Pearls.

I crush up whatever they will eat. I feed decap brine shrimp eggs with crushed pellets as long as the pellets have a good amount of protein 30-47% protein is good.

have made a mix of pellets and Decap eggs. I mixed hikari betta pellets, New life spectrum small bites for discus (its what I had on hand), and Shrimp pellets.

I also feed frozen Daphnia. a good Verity is key.

I feed NLS small fish. I like it better than crushed up food because it ALL gets eaten. There isn't any powder in it like when you crush up pellets that floats around and makes a mess.

The food mix i am feeding has golden pearls. Its a mixture of decapped brine shrimp eggs, golden pearls, earthworm flakes, plecocaine,
astaxanthin, canthaxanthin, lutein, and beta-carotene.

I just wanted to add a bit more variety to their diet. I just brought NLS grow and hikari first bites =)

Do you guys crush them or just feed the pellet.

NLS grow is half the size of a regular betta pellet and NLS small fish formula is about 1/4 the size of the "GROW". Hikari first bites is a powder so really not suitable for two month old fry. You will probably have to crush the Grow. Something cool I have seen other breeders do is use a pepper mill for grinding pellets.
