He is kind of just goes under for a few minutes and then swims into his plants for a bit. He hasn't really done anything with the nest, just made some new bubbles a little while ago.

Now though he is staying in his plant but it is night time here, even though the light is on it seems like he could be sleeping now

I guess you'll just have to wait another 48 hours or however long it takes for eggs to hatch, if there are any.

Oh okay thanks that's what I figured. I was just paranoid of fungus, but I did put fungal medication as a preventative so perhaps they won't gte fungus even if he isn't fanning them and whatnot.
