Unhappy Sukii update...What else to do???

He hasnt been eating today or yesterday. I changed his water yesterday and did add the salt 1 tsp per gallon. I am heating his water and at first he was swimming all over the place, now he is mostly laying at the bottom but swimms up for air at the top. I will keep up with the water changes - daily. His fins i have noticed are redish and white and they are slowly going away. Could this be fin rot and will the water changes help? Or should I be adding something else, medicine???

What size tank is he in? Is it heated? How often were you doing water changes? How long have you had him? Could you take a picture of his fins?

I think its a 1 1/2 gallon tank. I got him on valentines day. Water changes I have been trying to do every other day since he got sick. This is a pic of Sukii but not a very good one...I will try to get a better one of him swimming around....

Do you acclimate him every time you put him back in? Do you use water conditioner before you put him in?

I think it's half a tsp per gallon, not a whole tsp. At least that's what my aquarium salt instructions say.

I use a water conditioner in his water and it is only a 1/2 a tsp per gallon. My typo. He looks more perky today and swimming around the tank but is still not eating very well. He chews it and then spits it back out.
