Help! What is this?

Please Note before reading: I may not get pics for a little bit. It is very hard to get a decent pic of him.

I was watching Dragon yesterday and his eye was large & shiny. I dont think it is popeye, but when i looked from above, his right eye was slightly elevated. (Not much, but slightly.) He has been staying @ the bottom too.
Info:

1 gallon tank (He isn't that big, so, he's happy.)
Last Water Change: 1 week ago Sunday.
Not Cycled
No Filter

I just checked it and it looks smaller but now both eyes are shiny. Could it just be him? (Color-Wise)

ideally you need to change the water much more than that.
its a small tank, id say 100% twice a week at least id say.
id do that, and add some aquarium salt and make sure the temp is warm enough for him. it could be an infection of some sort, at which the salt will help.

Can I use table Salt? Or is there a certaint kind?

I checked him and he looks MUCH better. I'll keep monitoring him for the next few days & if he acts up i'll let U know.

no, its specific aquarium salt.

His eye is MUCH better. his last water change did him well!
