I agree that people aren't going to pay for an expensive fish and not take care of them. Unless it's someone who's got so much money that they don't care. I have a neighbor that thinks $45 is too much to pay for her dog's grooming but she'll spend a couple hundred dollars at a casino like it's no big del.
