Filter

how bad is it to not have a filter for your bettas? I live in the middle east and cannot find a sponge filter or any other calm filter. I do clean his tank 1-2 times a week and condition it.

Its not so bad, its not a necessity. As long as u clean his tank often, which u are already doing, he should be fine:). How big is ur tank? do u have a heater?
