I'm guessing no, honestly. "Only" removing ammonia and chlorine may be less than expected of a conditioner (although some don't even touch ammonia/nitrite/nitrate)...but you know, who knows.

With proper care and adequate biological filtration, there is no reason to need to "cover up" ammonia. Ammonia-locking chemicals will keep you from gaining an accurate test result for your water. Rather than helping you keep your water clean, they can help you allow your water to become rather toxic. Controlling ammonia and nitrites through frequent water changes is much more reliable and better for your fish.

I was more curious about if there is only a conditioner than simply detoxifies ammonia and removes chlorine (not referring to what you mentioned). The only conditioners I've heard of either) Solely remove chlorine, Remove chlorine/chloramines (maybe metals), and Remove/detoxify ammonia/nitrite/nitrate and heavy metals.

There seems to be levels with the conditioners. I don't know, I'm just curious.

My guess would be that there isn't much of a market for something that claims to detoxify ammonia and nothing else.

That's what I"m thinking, but in the back of my head, it's the same-old "You never know." Can't say I've never been surprised before, lol.
