Appropriate Lighting for Plants + Betta

Although I'd done some research I didn't realize how low light my tank is.

Too dark for the micro sword & the dwarf sag isn't doing great but it's hanging in there. The red sword is ok because of the fert tabs.

So I got 2 types of crypt (lutea & spiralis) & they are doing well.

Unfortunately I think that's where the ICH came from. I did a bleach dip on them but should have quarantined them before I put them in the tank.

I was worried about snails - not parasites.

The plants came from tanks with no fish so I didn't even think about ICH.

And killed my fish
