Moving

On May 8th, I'm moving to an apartment complex about five miles away. I need some tips on moving my sorority to my new place. I have their cups I bought them in. Also, should I drain my tank before I move it, or will this kill all the bacteria? I do NOT want to cycle again.

Also, the apartment is upstairs which I'm sure will pose a problem.

I wouldn't drain it completely or the bacteria in the substrate will die. Put some tank water in a bucket and put your filter in that. You want to keep it wet as well.

Yep, put your gravel and filter cartridges in a bucket. Then you can drain the tank. Your tank will go through a mini mini cycle after you fill it back up. But that will be OK. :)

Yay! Okay, well then I'm pretty much set. I'm so happy to move, now I can get some new tanks. I think I'm ready to get another male betta.
