Ripped up Pelvic fin?

Well my betta Venus recently recovered from a big accident as some of you know... Thankfully he survived but he still has some injuries... Missing scales on the top of his head were among them but I think only time will heal that.
A couple days after he was up and swimming again I noticed one of his pelvic fins badly shredded. His other one looked good, but one is shredded and at first it had a hole in it then the hole grew and ripped so one of his pelvic fins is in two pieces and looks like it's barely hanging on.
So what can I do to help other than adding aquarium salt and changing the water often and keeping it warm? Thankyouuu

That's really all you CAN do! The things you mentioned are ways to provide conditions to allow him to heal and fend off pathogens and factors that might prevent his healing. In optimum conditions, a healthy betta can heal to the point his injuries may be hardly recognizable. But, unfortunately, we can't heal them ourselves. You already saved Venus from certain doom! Just make his environment as perfect as possible, and let God take a turn!

I think I realized he may have a parasite... well there's some dark areas around his fin.
His pelvic fins are red on top white on the bottom, and now the thick, top red part is shortened so it's mostly white now. He's darting around a lot... scratching, being a spazz...

Ok! Good because I add aquarium salt all the time. Hope they'll disappear soon
