Exclamation Not eating/moving, lethargic

So Unagi is still having some trouble. She is just sitting in the bottom corner of her tank. I have an attatched picture. Water is right, clean, everything is as it should be...she wont eat or swim much. The flake food there has been removed as well.

How long have you had her?
How big is the tank, how much and how often are the water changes and when was the last one?
Water temp, additives used if any, how much and what for.....
What type of food are you feeding
Any other tank mates in with her?

Sorry for all the question but this will help us narrow it down a bit more....to help you help your Betta.....

1. About 2 weeks
2. 2.5 gallon, partial changes every few days and recently, 100% at least once a week.
3. 78-80 water temp, stress zyme, water test come up just fine.
4. Hikari pellets or nutrafin flakes, she wont eat pellets sometimes.
5. No tank mates.

IMO- everything looks good as far as water changes, temp and you have had her for 2 week so IMO it should not be an acclimation period of not eating.

What are the exact water pram numbers for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH

At this point I would start make 50% water changes daily for 3-4 days and stop all food and see if she perks up any......

Alright I'll get that all checked. It's really odd...when I wake up..she is moving around....I get a light on and she moves...but when I leave and come home she is just sitting on a column in her tank. I'm just hoping that since they light isn't extremely bright she just may feel like its night.
