Baby Fry not growing...

One day I decided to breed bettas so I did so research and I ended up with about 30 fry. My problem is that its been about 10 weeks since they've hatched and I have about one sort of large fry and the rest are still very small. I don't know what's happening. Also I've seen about two fry that have a closed caudal fin which isn't allowing them to swim properly. Any suggestions?

What are you feeding them, and how often are you feeding them?

Also how frequently do you do water changes and how much water do you remove with each water change?

It is not unusual for certain fry to be bigger than the others. However, if it seems like none of your fry are growing there may be an issue with the way you are going about rearing them.
