Smile My Betta PICTURES and QUESTIONS:D

Hey guys, ill start by posting a few pictures of Freeza. Hes extremely happy:D i have some questions too!

1. Isnt it blinding for the Betta to take a picture with a Flash?

2. How do i know if my betta is getting bloated!, im so stressed!.

I'm not sure about the flash, I know it stuns Aden when I do it, i guess it would be similar to us when we get caught off guard with a camera, he'll probs just have them coloured spots lol.

When you feed them pellets and don't soak them before, they expand in the bettas stomach which is the size of one of their eyes and cause them to bloat. It'll look like he swallowed a small ball. All you have to do is fast him (not feed him) for a couple days so he can pass his poop and he'll regain its normal shape.

I've used flash occasionally with my fish and some of them get really scared and hide so I don't use it.

I never use flash either. My biology teacher once said that it was bad for my cat's eyes. Not sure if that's true or not, but I've been paranoid ever since.

As for bloating, he looks a bit bloated in the second picture. Baisically, his stomach will pop out of his body and look very round. It's not hard to miss! Lol. I agree with BFC's advice.

Edit: Forgot to metion, I love your betta! He is very pretty.
