Biomagnet clarifier with my sand??

Does anyone know what this this? I've always used sand substrate but this time my bag came with a packet of it. Says u add affter the conditioned before the fish to clear up the water. I don't wanna add a new product to my fishes tank.

Its always come with any sand/substrate I've bought (except regular gravel). It helps clear the water faster so you can put the fish in quicker. You can probably get away with not putting it in. I've always used it but I don't think it will hurt anything if you don't.

You probably already know this but make sure you rinse the sand really good before adding it to the tank.

Yeah it just clears up any remaining fog. In a smaller tank the filter takes care of it.
