**UPDATE**

Bought some new plants for the 10g and a new tower for Patch.



Patch had to give his approval before I set anything permanant. He followed my hand around and went as far as to uproot a few of the plants and kept doing it until I planted them in a different spot lol. Anyway, they both seem to be diggin the new scenery. Oh aparently I had a few hitch hikers on the plants, as I've noticed a few baby snails in the tank. Is it ok to leave them in there? Or should I try to pull them out? Will the fish eat them? And if they do, will it be ok for them to do so or might they get sick?

For the snails. they'll be a pain to remove later. If you don't want them in there, get them out now. The only ones I ever leave are the nicer ones that don't repoduce as much. i've had so many snails in my main tank from plants that I ended up talking to my LFS guy and he told me to buy a clown loach and he'll take it back once the tank is ok (cause they get HUGE).

Other thing you can do is keep Patch in a bowl or something for a week, and use a copper chemical to get rid of the snails while you do. snail fumigation if you want to say it that way.
