African Dwarf Frog jumping

So...my girlfriend has a 1 gallon Aqueon tank with a Creamsicle Molly and an African Dwarf Frog. I've heard that these little buggers jump, and I was expecting it to do so. I came home from work tonight and I checked the tank....frog missing. So I look a little harder, still cant find the bugger in the tank. I check around the desk...underneath, behind the tank, everywhere. I finally check under my bed and I see her sitting there, on the other side, all dried up and ead. The tank has a hole on each side that is 3/4inch wide and 1inch long....and she managed to get out and crawl to the opposite side of my room. Poor girl...just told my girlfriend...she will probably want another...and we'll take precautions this time. So if anyone is considering getting them...close any and all openings in the tank.

Yep.. poor little froggies like to jump.

Just have to say, a 1g tank is no where near enough space for a molly and an ADF.

Yeah, they got along fine in the small space. It was only a temp home...but....now the molly is alone.

Even though Molly is alone, bigger is better. At least 5 gallons.
