Exclamation Need Help Quick!

I was doing water changes today and everyone's fine then I change Ruby's water and put her in the tank she's freaking out and jumping and then chills in a verical position! Could someone help what is this?

It sounds like shock to me. Did you make sure that the water she was in and the new tank water is the same or close to the same temp?

Yeah I scooped her out with a cup from her tank water and they were both about the same temperature.
But she's fine now.
