Exclamation Disease: Fungal Infection HELP!

If I can't the brand called Jungle Fungus Elimenator what other recommended brands would you guys suggest?

I live near a petco and petsmart.

Kisame had this white layer form under his right pectoral fin and stops right under his belly. It's white (not tiny white spots) that I believe looks a bit cottony I think. I'll be taking photos in about 30 mins of what it looks like.

After talking with Dragonfish she saw pictures and said it wasn't anything disease related. The way he was acting is the same way her black hayate acted before she moved him next to her other fishes. So yeah everything is good now ^.^.

He was only depressed. I moved him a bit closer to my female I have and he's happy as can be now.
