Lightbulb Marimo Ball: Eggs and Quarantine

I found eggs on my marimo ball last night, it's been a week in chlorinated water. Should I wait one more week in chlorine or would it be safe to add to my betta tank? Should I let it sit in dechlorinated water?

I may be wrong but I don't think chlorinated water will kill any eggs. Are they snail eggs or do you know?

I have no idea what kind of eggs they are, all I know is they are small and a little bit yellow-ish. XD
