Hi, I'm new here and feel I should introduce myself.

I stumbled on this website while browsing for bettas and read amazing stuff I've taken for granted. The way other members really care for their bettas is really amazing. I live in a tropical environment, thus find it easy to keep bettas.

Basically I love animals and have had fish and birds since the 70's. My all time favorite is the betta. I usually have between 10 - 20 bettas in solitary tanks. More than that are kept in community tanks with other fish.

I mainly have dark colored HM (green, blue, and copper). My main concern is breeding (love watching life emerge). I breed merely as a hobby. I'm curious about betta genetics which I find very amazing (have a lot to learn).

I hope to share experiences with fellow fish lovers and perhaps may learn more about bettas.

My avatar is not my best collection but its the best picture.
My pictures, taken by cell phone, usually shows reflection and tends to blur.
But I'll try anyway.
